Yachiru was very proud of her position on Zaraki Kenpachi’s shoulder and was easily upset when someone challenged it. From when she was very young Zaraki had always been giving her piggyback rides so the idea of losing that position pissed her off, but also broke her heart. She had slowly fallen in love with the man who carried her around all day, but he only loved fighting so she just rode around on his shoulder enjoying any time she got to spend with her precious Ken-chan. If Yachiru were lucky she’d be able to stay there for several hundred years.
